Welcome to The Tenacious B - Gluten Free Blog !!!!!!!!
I live up on the picturesque North East Coast famous for its magnificent coastline and some of the most talked about restaurants. This has led me to turn my hobby into a business, operating every Sunday at Tynemouth Market. Yes, it may be small scale but I get to meet some fantastic people and feedback is instant. Originally bagels and gluten free products were on the menu. However, the popularity of my gluten free products meant more and more lines being added. Therefore I made the decision to go 100% gluten free to ensure contamination wasn't an issue. Having tasted the existing products available to buy, I started my mission of providing gluten free products that taste better than those with standard flour.
Ive had some great reviews on my food and am looking to pass on some tricks of the trade and of course answer any questions you might have.
So what do you want to know ? Techniques, Recipes or advice ?
